Please note: we keep the front door locked between clients, follow the instructions in your email and wait in your car until I text you to come in.
Please be respectful of other guests who may be receiving a massage or other relaxing spa service. Speak softly and silence your phone, phone calls must be taken outside.

If this is your first appointment with me there will be some paperwork for you to fill out - please arrive on time.

Please note that appointment start times and duration are approximate and may vary due to the nature of my services (they can't be rushed), if it is going to be more than a 5 minute delay I will do my best to give you a heads up. I encourage you to give yourself a little extra time for appointments, and not try to squeeze them in between other commitments, let me know at the beginning of your appointment if there is a time you need to leave by so that I can plan accordingly, however, some services such as a full set or microblading cannot be cut short.
These services are tedious and can’t be rushed, I take my time with every client which occasionally means that I run a few minutes behind.
If you think you will need extra time at your appointment please give me a heads up so that I can plan accordingly, if you arrive late I may not be able to extend your time and no discount will be provided for this as you booked the full time.
LASH CLIENTS: If you are coming from another artist and you currently have eyelash extensions you will need to book a full set and removal (unless you are coming from an approved artist and have already discussed this with me).
MICROBLADING/PMU CLIENTS: If you have existing permanent makeup on your eyebrows (whether it has faded or not) you are required to schedule an in person consultation with me prior to scheduling the permanent makeup service. If you arrive with existing permanent makeup that was not previously disclosed I may be unable to preform the service and a no show fee will apply.
If you are having trouble finding a time that works for you feel free to send me an email stating the type of service you are hoping to schedule and include your availability to be added to my cancellation list.
A 20% service charge applies to appointments scheduled outside of my normal business hours.

Kids, pets & guests

Space is limited so I am unable to allow guests to join you for your appointment. Due to the nature of my services children and pets are not allowed inside the spa (I LOVE pets and I really wish I could let you bring them)
Service animals are always welcome.
Please make childcare accommodations in advance.​

CANCELLATION POLICY
​
I am only one person, with only so many hours in a day. I set aside time just for you and cannot fill that time with another client at the last minute. I ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
I never double book, and unless there is a serious emergency I do not cancel or reschedule my clients at the last minute, I understand that you have to plan your life around appointments and last minute changes can be really frustrating so I avoid them at all cost.
I ask that you treat my time with the same respect.

Make sure you have thoroughly read the FAQ pages on my website to ensure that you are a good candidate for the service you are booking. If it is determined at the time of your appointment that you are unable to receive the service due to a contraindication outlined in the FAQ your appointment will be treated as a no-show. If you are not sure if you are a good candidate for the service you are interested in booking I recommend that you first schedule a consultation with me. Some services require a a non-refundable booking fee to hold your appointment, this amount will be deducted from the total amount due at the time of service, if you cancel your appointment you will forfeit this booking fee.
A minimum of 48-hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment without paying a new booking fee. Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice will forfeit their booking fee the remainder of 50% of the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file as this time slot has been set aside especially for you and I have turned away other clients who would have been waiting to get an appointment.
If there is an emergency please contact me as soon as possible. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the booking fee and the remainder of the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
All other appointments: A credit card is required to hold your appointment. A minimum of 48-hours notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or change the type of service (such as changing from a fill appointment to a lash removal). For no-shows/cancellations with less than 48 hours 50% of the full amount of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. For no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
No shows will be banned from booking new appointments.
